A 4-week CONTAINER FOR BUILDING HEALTHY HABITS AND MINDSETS

Join Katie and Elissa to refresh and reset your routine!  Over the course of four weeks we will come together to share the process of rebuilding healthy habits, mindsets and routines with a community of like-minded people.  If you have struggled this winter to feel any sense of normalcy and connectedness, this is the program for you!

Katie and Elissa are educated in different avenues of the fitness and wellness industry.  They are merging their knowledge of yoga, mindfulness, mental health, resistance training and functional movement to create this four week container for building healthy bodies, habits and mindsets.  

What You'll Get:

- pre-recorded workouts, yoga classes and meditations
- a framework for goal setting and implementing healthy routines
