In February of 2014, I was lost. I’d just graduated from college, had next to know idea what I wanted to do with my life, and I’d moved to a city that I had never even visited in order to live with a friend that I hadn’t seen in nearly two years. One afternoon, after a long day at work, an acquaintance asked if I’d like to join her in a yoga class. I’d done yoga a handful of times and, though it had never really “stuck,” my instinct was to give it another shot. After 75 sweaty minutes of looking around frantically, making sure I was doing the poses “right,” I emerged into the brisk winter air a changed woman.….
