It’s happening, y’all!
This workshop will use meditation, breathwork, and different yoga asana-inspired movements to draw focus to our hips and the surrounding areas to explore and increase strength, flexibility, and mobility. Perfect for anyone who spends the day sitting at a desk, anyone who wants to set themselves up for an optimal ski season, or anyone who is just looking to move through their day with more comfort and ease. Some yoga experience suggested, but not required (all are welcome).

**For those who cannot attend live, there will be an option to purchase a recording of this workshop after the live event takes place.
