Greetings from Providence!
My hope is that you have all made it through the transition from summer to fall and have found your way into a nourishing rhythm that allows time for rest and joy and space for breath.
My move to Rhode Island has gone well so far! I’m still settling into a rhythm at my internship, but it’s been exciting to explore a new city, meet new people, and start to establish a sense of “home.”
My summer off from teaching allowed for some much needed time to rest, recharge, and remember what it’s like to just be a student again. With that said, I have been starting to feel the itch to move back into the teaching space and, on Friday, was struck with the urge to roll out my mat and record a NEW CLASS.
This FULL BODY FLOW will help you to build inner heat using breath work, strengthening sequences, deep stretches, and moments of meditation. You will leave feeling warmer, more mobile, and (hopefully) a little more at peace.
I also want to point out that, while my classes can still be accessed for free, there is now an option to DONATE any amount by navigating to my CLASS LIBRARY page and clicking the “donate” button at the very top. If you feel you have the means to do so, these donations are greatly appreciated and help me to continue to offer my teachings in this virtual format. 1% of these donations will be contributed toward climate action and the removal of carbon dioxide from our atmosphere. Of course, there is never any pressure to make a financial contribution as the real contribution is your continued support and presence on this platform.
