I know that not everyone has an hour to carve out of their day, so one of my recent goals has been to record some shorter classes for all of you to squeeze in when you do have a little time to move.
This 30-MINUTE INTERMEDIATE FLOW uses powerful movement and deep stretches to help build strength, mobility, and flexibility in the hips and the legs while also cultivating focus, stability, and a sense of groundedness.
