I’m just sending a quick note to you all to let you know that there is a new FREE CLASS available on my website.
I know that not everyone has an hour to carve out of their day, so one of my recent goals has been to record some shorter classes for all of you to squeeze in when you do have a little time to move.
In this 20-MINUTE FLOW we will use gentle movements to to bring ourselves out of our heads and into our bodies. We’ll finish with a nice, long savasana in which we will use simple breathing techniques to deactivate our fight or flight response and tap into the parasympathetic nervous system.
