Happy November, everyone! I hope those of you that celebrate Halloween had fun dressing up and eating lots of candy this weeknd :)

I just posted a new FREE CLASS on my website.

In this 60 MINUTE FLOW, we will use strong, intentional sequences to build strength in the hips and legs before accessing gentler movements and deep stretches to encourage mobility and flexibility.

Monday ~ Mixed Level Flow, 12-1pm
Friday ~ Mixed Level Flow, 12-1pm
Friday ~ Slow Flow, 4-5:15pm

**classes can be taken in person (at
Upper Valley Yoga in White River Junction, VT), on Zoom, or any time before midnight via recording**
