Happy Thursday. Just stopping by to let you know that I just posted a new FREE CLASS on my website.
In this 30 MINUTE FLOW, we will move through sequences that help to mobilize our thoracic spine (our stiffer upper spine) in order to find more comfort, space, and mobility in our upper back, shoulders, and chest.
This class is great for anyone who tends to carry tension or stress in their upper body, anyone who notices themselves slumping over their desk at work, or (of course) anyone who is just looking for an opportunity to move.
