I hope you’re all having a fabulous start to the week. I’m just popping in to let you know that there is a JUICY new FREE CLASS on my website.
I have to say that I tend to focus a lot on the lower body in my teaching. I love the sense of foundational “groundedness” that I get from strengthening the big, moving muscles of the hips and thighs. With that said, DAMN does it feel good to shift that focus occasionally and find new space and openness in my upper back and shoulders.
In this 60 MINUTE FLOW, we will move through sequences that help to mobilize our stiffer upper spine and find more comfort and ease in our upper body (where many of us carry our daily tension and stress). As with the last class I posted, this one is great for anyone who notices their shoulders regularly hunching toward their ears, anyone who notices themselves slumping over their desk at work, or (of course) anyone who is just looking for an opportunity to move.
