Happy New Year!
Admittedly, January tends to be a month where I turn inward. After the rush of the holidays and the excitement of one year’s chapter coming to a close, I use the new year to lean into rest and self-care, giving myself grace as I settle into the new space that is 2022. I hope this new year has given you moments of self-reflection and alone time as well.
As we step into February, I’m also stepping back into this virtual space to let you know that there is a new FREE CLASS available on my website. This 60 MINUTE FLOW is moderately-paced and will focus on finding space in the side body, strength in the abdominals and the core, and release in the lower, mid, and upper spine.
