Dear Friends,

Between school, impending summer, lifting restrictions, and general life stuff, I have not been as consistent with these newsletters as I would like to be.

Perfectionist that I am, I have hesitated to make this announcement due to things not feeling quite “ready.” However, as I am constantly reminded, nothing is ever perfect and very few things ever feel “ready.” So instead of sitting on it for several more months, I would like to officially announce the launch of my new website!! Please take a look, I appreciate and value any and all feedback.

In the coming months, I hope to start offering more classes and workshops and I would love to hear from you about what you feel like you would benefit from. I have put together a brief, 4-question survey. If you have a moment to participate, please take the survey by clicking the link below. Friday ~ Mixed Level Flow, 12-1pm
Friday ~ Slow Flow, 4-5:15pm

**12pm classes can be taken live (on Zoom) or any time before midnight via recording**
