Happy Monday! Welcome to a new week. Here in New England the past few days have been a much needed reminder that spring is indeed making its way to us after this long Covid winter. Thursday ~ Mixed Level Flow, 12-1pm
Friday ~ Mixed Level Flow, 12-1pm
Friday ~ Slow Flow, 4-5:15pm
Sunday ~ Restorative, Access the recording from 6am-12am
