Happy Monday! Welcome to a new week. Here in New England the past few days have been a much needed reminder that spring is indeed making its way to us after this long Covid winter. Join me for yoga this week by accessing the schedules and registration links below, always feel free to reach out with questions, and keep your eyes peeled for announcements about pop-up classes!

In the coming weeks, my restorative yoga series will extend through April, I’ll be announcing exciting new programming, and I’ll launch my new and improved website. Big things coming - stay tuned…

Weekly Schedule:

Monday ~ Mixed Level Flow, 12-1pm
Thursday ~ Mixed Level Flow, 12-1pm
Friday ~ Mixed Level Flow, 12-1pm
Friday ~ Slow Flow, 4-5:15pm

Sunday ~ Restorative, Access the recording from 6am-12am

Refresh and Restore ~
An Eight-Week Restorative Yoga Series

(Continuing in April!)

When: Sundays, March 7 - April 25
Where: Live on Zoom through Upper Valley Yoga!
What: 8 Weeks of Restorative Yoga - all levels welcome.
Adults: $18/class
Students & Seniors: $15/class

For many of us, a full year of pandemic life has left our sympathetic nervous systems in overdrive—a baseline state of “fight or flight”. Join me every Sunday in March to explore the use of restorative yoga as a means to tap into the parasympathetic nervous system which allows us to “rest and digest”. Restorative yoga is a slow-paced practice in which we hold grounded postures for several minutes with the support of lots of props. These long, supported holds help us to soften and release tension stored deep within the body and the mind, slow our heart rate to conserve energy, and revitalize ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally. You will leave class feeling refreshed, restored and ready for the week ahead.

These classes will be pre-recorded and you can access the link anytime on Sunday between 6 am and midnight if you register ahead of time (like right now?!). This class will run every Sunday in March and April. Sign up is available through Upper Valley Yoga.
