Happy Monday, team!

While holiday weeks can bring a lot of joy and happiness, I know they can also feel hurried and busy and stressful for a lot of different reasons. With that said, I hope you are all able to take small moments to step away and take deep breaths, go for walks, do yoga, or do whatever it is that you need to do to prioritize and take care of yourselves. If you’re noticing some holiday stress and tension building in the the upper body (this is where I carry so much of my stress), please enjoy this new FREE CLASS on my website.

This 60 MINUTE FLOW is moderately-paced and will focus on mobilizing and finding release in the upper back, upper arms, and shoulders, helping us all to stand a little taller and experience daily activities with more ease and freedom in our upper bodies.

Friday ~ Slow Flow, 4-5:15pm
